Mr. Kang Li graduated from Wuhan University with a master degree in Computer Science.  He had a long engagement in intellectual property protection and translation of IP and science-related documents in a well-known Chinese law firm, and gained rich experience of IP protection in the fields of electronic & electrical engineering, communication and mechanics from his work.  

Kang Li is a partner and a director of patent affairs in mechanics and electrical & electronic engineering of Tian Lan Intellectual Property Agency.  He is in charge of patent service in the general sectors of computer & communication, electronic & electrical engineering, and mechanics.
